LeBron James attended the Klutch Sports Group’s 2024 Draft Pro Day at the LA Lakers facility with his wife, Savannah James, to encourage their eldest son, Bronny James. Apart from the star cast present at the facility, something else grabbed the headlines on that day.
Chicago Bulls Zach LaVine was also present at the venue and was seen ignoring the 39-year-old’s wife. When the Bulls guard saw his Klutch mate LeBron, he shook hands with him but went past Savannah without greeting her, who was sitting just beside the 4-time champion. LaVine then met Anthony Davis, sitting in the same row.
This video spread on the internet like wildfire, and the fans couldn’t suppress their amusement. However, NFL cornerback Sauce Gardner had a straightforward take on it.
The NY Jets player retweeted the post on X (formerly known as Twitter) with the caption, “Just because I speak to you don’t mean my girl got to.” The fans gathered on his post to agree with the 23-year-old.
A fan commented “Yeah. My lady don’t interact with my homies and I don’t interact with her girls. This video is normal to me.”
Another fan shared a similar point of view, “Shouldn’t be speaking to my girl anyways… she got nothing to say to you…”

Someone wrote, “You’ve got a point but that’s not really such a big deal.”
LeBron James and Savannah Pull Up at Bronny James’ Pro Day
Like proud parents, LeBron James and Savannah watched their son Bronny display outstanding shooting skills to impress the possible suitors in the stands.
The USC guard had previously shown a glimpse of his talent in the Draft combine by shooting 19-of-25 deep threes while adding 13 points off the bench in the second scrimmage, which was the team-high point in the win on 4/10 shots from the floor.
The 19-year-old has improved since his time at the Trojans. Despite having a rocky phase even a few weeks, Bronny is now considered in the Mock Drafts, where he is up to #54.
The Lakers are reportedly interested in LeBron James Jr. in hopes of getting their star Lebron back alongside, but other franchises have the same mindset.
