After missing out on two games, Los Angeles Lakers star forward LeBron James returned to action against the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday and helped the Purple and Gold clinch a hard-fought 116-110 victory. Extending their winning streak to two games, the Lakers defeated the Kings 113-100 on the road to clinch their 15th win this season. With the win, the four-time NBA champion also achieved another Lakers milestone in his illustrious career.
Lakers superstar Anthony Davis dominated the Kings with his 20-point double-double, as he registered 21 points, 20 rebounds, four assists, three steals, and six blocks. Austin Reaves scored the most points for the Lakers with his 25-point game, along with five rebounds, five assists, and three steals. With his 34 minutes of appearance against Sacramento, King James surpassed NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in total minutes played in the regular season.

LeBron James Achieves Lakers Milestone In Win Over Kings
The Los Angeles Lakers dominated the Sacramento Kings in the first quarter and took a nine-point lead in the second quarter. The Kings pulled gears before the half, especially Malik Monk, who scored 10 straight points to give the home team the lead. However, the Lakers managed to end the first half with a four-point lead as Anthony Davis registered four blocks.
The Lakers dominated the second half to clinch a 13-point victory over the Kings. While LeBron James struggled in shooting with 38.1% FG and 25% from beyond the arc, the four-time NBA champion became the only 13th player in Lakers history to score 10,000 points. LeBron scored 19 points with six rebounds and seven assists.
