Well, this story just got even more spicier.
Actress Nia Long and Ime Udoka share a 10-year-old son and have been engaged since 2015. It appears that engagement will never turn to marriage after he reportedly had a consensual relationship with a female member of the team staff. The woman allegedly accused Udoka of making unwanted comments toward her, which led to an investigation and his subsequent suspension.
On top of that, we have heavy rumors that a private investigator was put into the situation after an unknown man became suspicious that his girlfriend was messing around with somebody. Pictures would be taken of that woman and Udoka and the Celtics would allegedly be contacted soon after.
Via GOTCITYTEA:
“A private investigator was placed on one of the women Celtics coach Ime Udoka messed with. The woman’s boyfriend hired the PI because he knew she was cheating but didn’t know with who. Coach wasn’t the intended target but during the PI investigation….
They caught coach and the woman in 4k at the man’s condo. he PI has pictures of this happening. The woman’s boyfriend told Celtics he was going to release this to the public so they were forced to get in front of it.
The man may file a lawsuit against the Celtics and coach. The man works in the finance department for the Celtics.

I can’t speak on the other stuff being said about coach and the other girl.”

The Celtics officially suspended Udoka on Thursday night “for violations of team policies.” The news came less than 24 hours after The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported through anonymous sources that Udoka “had an improper intimate and consensual relationship with a female member of the team staff.”
Boston Celtics managing partner Wyc Grousbeck and president of basketball operations Brad Stevens confirmed that they learned the nature of Udoka’s offense “over the summer” and promptly hired an outside law firm to launch “a thorough and impartial investigation” that concluded on Wednesday.
The Celtics offered no guarantee that Udoka would return to the bench at the end of his suspension.
