“It motivates me a lot because this is a big deal. Looking around, it looks like something big is about to happen. And it is. It’s the NBA Finals… This is where I see myself. This is where I dream to be. This is where I want to be,” he said.
In his first two seasons, Smith Jr. has consistently performed well. He averaged 13.3 points and 7.6 rebounds per game.
