During his time in the league, Robert Horry wasn’t looked at as a huge trash talker, but things have certainly changed since he last played professional basketball.
Robert Horry was escorted out of a youth basketball game Friday night as video showed him sitting in the bleachers at St. Francis High School, alongside other spectators and shouting at referees.
The game was between Harvard Westlake and St. Francis High School.
Horry’s son, Christian, who plays for Harvard Westlake was whistled for a foul. The former NBA star disagreed so he got up and started yelling. He then walks down the bleachers and stands courtside while still aiming words at refs and clapping before he’s escorted out of the gym.
The 52-year-old appears to yell “you suck!” at a referee before being removed from the stands and escorted from the game.
Horry played 16 years in the league for the Rockets, Suns, Lakers and Spurs.
