REPORT: Russell Westbrook, Miami Heat Have Mutual Interest In Trade

Russell Westbrook might be taking his talents to South Beach.

Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported Monday that the Miami Heat have expressed interest in a trade, and that Westbrook is interested in being in Miami.

The talks of a possible Westbrook trade got louder after the franchise suddenly traded away Paul George to the Clippers and received a haul of draft picks in return.

The Heat recently acquired Jimmy Butler in a sign-and-trade with the Philadelphia 76ers, so adding Westbrook next to him would create a formidable 1-2 punch for the franchise.
