Back in December, the Detroit Pistons were taking on the Minnesota Timberwolves when Blake Griffin became unhinged and had to be restrained from trying to attack a fan.
It turns out he had a very good reason to do so, because the Minnesota fan referred to him as “boy” as Vince Ellis of the Detroit Free Press relayed on Twitter:

This news comes on the heels of the Utah Jazz organization banning two of their fans for life from attending home games after to racially charged incidents where one fan was seen calling OKC Thunder star Russell Westbrook “boy.”
