Just when you thought the Lakers squad couldn’t get any crazier, a terrible injury to DeMarcus Cousins might pave the way for Dwight Howard to get on the team.
The Los Angeles Lakers have serious interest in Dwight Howard, according to Sports Illustrated’s Rohan Nadkarni.
Howard remains on the roster of the Memphis Grizzlies, but he is not expected to stay there long, nor even play a game for them.
The Lakers’ only other pure center on the roster is currently JaVale McGee as Anthony Davis would prefer not to play center.
