Jalen Rose and Molly Qerim are headed for divorce, according to a new report from TMZ Sports.
TMZ reports that the ESPN on-air personalities filed for divorce on April 30th of this year. The couple had been dating since 2016 and tied the knot in 2018.
“Jalen says in court docs the marriage broke down irretrievably after Qerim moved to Connecticut,” reads the TMZ report.
Rose confirmed the news in a note posted to his Instagram Story on Wednesday.
“After being separated for almost a year, Molly and I have officially decided to go our separate ways,” he wrote. “We both agree remaining friends and colleagues is the best course of action for our relationship moving forward. Please respect our privacy at this time.”

Rose is not asking for alimony, and wants the same for his ex, TMZ reports, via the legal documents. They did not have a prenup, and Qerim is not asking for spousal support.
Qerim has removed Rose’s name from her social media accounts.
