The Miami Heat seem to be the top team that is rumored to want his services, but there seems to be a top Western Conference team that would love to have him on their roster.
ESPN’s Brian Windhorst claims the Rockets are attempting to get their hands on Westbrook as part of a three-team trade:
Westbrook has reportedly put the Miami Heat at the top of his list of suitors. Moving him via trade will prove to be incredibly difficult as he still has four years and $171 million remaining on his contract.
Westbrook averaged a triple-double for his third straight campaign during the 2018-19 season, but shot just 29.0 percent from 3-point range.
