NBA players who haven’t gotten vaccinated will face a daunting task this upcoming season that will greatly affect their team in the standings.
NBA players in markets with local vaccination requirements will not be allowed to enter home arenas or facilities for games or team activities conducted there unless there’s a medical or religious exemption.
San Francisco and New York City currently have such requirements, which means unvaccinated players on the Golden State Warriors, Brooklyn Nets and New York Knicks will not be allowed to play in home games or practice in their home market.
Visiting players are exempt from the vaccination requirements in San Francisco and New York City.
