Tatum’s impact went beyond scoring. He was responsible for 18 of Boston’s 28 field goals in the second half through scoring or assists. In contrast, Philadelphia managed just 16 total field goals during the same stretch.
This game marked the second time in the past two weeks that both Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown posted at least 20 points, seven rebounds, and six assists in the same game. Brown contributed 21 points, 10 rebounds, and six assists in Sunday’s win.
