Paul Pierce netted an impressive $195.1 million over his 19 NBA seasons, but I guess you can never have too much money.
The former Boston Celtics All-Star and likely Hall-of-Famer ran into a rough patch earlier this month when ESPN parted ways with him over his stripper Instagram live.
He said that he would have something big coming soon, and just maybe he was talking about selling his home. The 43-year-old’s 16,000-square-foot Calabasas palace just sold for $8.7 million.
The one-acre property contains, among other amenities, eight bedrooms (including a luxurious master suite), 10 bathrooms, a breathtaking state-of-the-art kitchen, a billiards room, bar, home theater, gym and a two-lane bowling alley, according to Audacy.
The mansion, which he originally purchased for $6.5 million in 2009, also features a pair of hot tubs, considerable patio space, a glistening backyard pool and an outdoor basketball court proudly displaying the Celtics’ iconic leprechaun logo.
