The 10-part docuseries has not only ignited conversations about things that happened in the late 80’s and 90’s, but has also unearthed interviews the younger generation didn’t even know existed.
Dennis Rodman has been the most talked about player since Sunday’s episode showing of part 3 and 4. One of Rodman’s biggest appearances was when he was interviewed by Oprah Winfrey in 1996 and a small clip from that interview surfaced online where he could be seen being questioned about his sexuality.
“I was very scared to be around boys,” Rodman said when asked about being worried about his own sense of sexuality when he was younger. “I didn’t know how I would fit in because I was so shy.”
Oprah then asked if he was gay. Of course, Rodman stated no. She then followed that up by asking he was bisexual, and he again said no.
Those questions caused social media to blast Oprah for her line of questions.

The biggest reasons Rodman’s sexuality was in question was because of the way he dressed, especially when he dressed in drag for the cover of Sports Illustrated in 1995.
He also famously wore a wedding dress and other women’s clothes at the time.
