The Denver Nuggets have experienced an inconsistent season so far, sparking trade speculation around some of their key players. Forward Michael Porter Jr., whose name has been a hot topic in NBA trade discussions, is among those mentioned in recent rumors.
Porter Jr. shared his perspective on the rumors during a post-game press conference. The Nuggets star revealed that the Team’s front office has already contacted him regarding the situation.
“They’ve reached out to me and said it’s all noise. There’s nothing serious going on. They said they love how I’m playing and to keep being aggressive, keep playing, and they have no desire to move me right now,” Porter Jr. said.

While Porter Jr. appreciates the reassurance from the team, he also remains realistic about the business side in the NBA.

“Yeah, a lot of it is noise. I don’t know where it comes from. As of right now, as we are [26] games into the season, I think there’s nothing to that. That’s where you worry about guys worrying about the wrong things. Just focus on what you can control,” Malone said.
There is no factual basis for trading Michael Porter Jr., who is putting up impressive numbers this season with averages of 18.3 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game. In the Nuggets’ recent victory over the Phoenix Suns, he contributed 24 points and six rebounds. For now, his trade speculation really seems unreal.
