NBA SThere has been a massive surge in the emergence of gambling and betting websites and apps on the internet in recent years.
Fans can now bet on all aspects of the game in real time though their screens, such as how many points one player might get in the first half, and how many rebounds will be scored by a team in the third quarter, and so on. And when the players the fans bet on their hard earned money don’t deliver, they tend to take their anger out on the players.

NBA fans ridicules Tucker for fans heckling over gambling callout
PJ Tucker got a lot of backlash from the fans, as they went on to target his absence during this season, with most of them writing that PJ should not even speak about the matter, because they don’t even bet on him.
Fans also attacked Tucker, who is having his issues with the Clippers, for his poor stats this season, as he has not played the last two games, and averages 2.0 points per game this season.
PJ Tucker might not be playing and getting in the bets, but that does not make his point invalid. Betting and gambling can lead to financial and mental problems for both the fans, and the players as it takes away the fun from the game, and makes it a mere tool for monetary gains.
