Jimmy Butler torched the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 1 of their series on Monday night as he poured in a career high 40 points, while also contributing four rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block.
As for Antetokounmpo, he finished with a near triple-double of 18 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists.
When a reporter asked Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo about guarding Butler near the end of the game, the big man got upset at the line of questioning and snapped back at the reporter.
“To guard him? No, I didn’t,” he replied.
“Why would you ask that? I’ll do whatever coach wants me to do.”
It was an odd reaction that caught the attention of current and former NBA stars who blasted him online.
