An NBA player drew the ire of his contemporaries after asking a question about breast milk on Twitter.
New York Knicks small forward Josh Hart is the father of a newborn, with the announcement pertaining to his child coming to the world dropping during his team’s second-round series against the Miami Heat.
The Heat have since gone on to beat the Boston Celtics and advance to the NBA Finals while Josh is at home being a dad. This isn’t a knock on being a dad by the way, it’s way better than going to any finals.
Anyhoo, it appears the former Villanova star has tasted some breast milk or is at least thinking about it as he took to the aforementioned social media platform to ask if anyone’s done it under the guise of “asking for a friend.”
Hart really stirred up NBA Twitter with that one, and you can see some of the reactions below:

Even ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith got on Josh, promising to discuss it on his podcast
Of course, Dan Orlovsky’s done it. The guy has a reputation for making some of the most disgusting revelations… no surprise here.
All joking aside, though, what’s the big deal here? Why would you not want to taste it at least out of curiosity?
For one, it was the first regular meal for most of us, so it’s not at all foreign. And, I’ll tell you from personal experience, it’s not that bad.
Definitely stay away from breast milk if you aren’t responsible for the baby; otherwise, go for it as long as they don’t mind sharing.
