LeBron James, the star player for the Los Angeles Lakers, has been spotted partying at different locations during the offseason. However, a party he attended in 2013 while playing for the Miami Heat recently surfaced, leading to NBA fans poking fun at him.
During a recent appearance on The OGs Show, Udonis Haslem revealed a story about how he and his teammates, including James, celebrated Christmas at Tootsie’s Cabaret, a large adult entertainment club in Miami Gardens.
“We had a team Christmas party at Tootsie’s, We decided to do something a little different that year. So, all the guys got together for a team Christmas party at Tootsie’s and we traded gifts.” Haslem said.
Haslem’s statement caught the attention of basketball fans, who then began roasting James with their hilarious jokes in the comment section of Legion Hoops’ post on X (formerly known as Twitter). Many NBA fans suggested that Savannah, LeBron James’ wife, would be upset to hear that her husband had gone to a strip club. One fan said, “Savannah ain’t gonna like this. Looks like LeKing is sleeping on LeCouch tonight.”
Meanwhile, another fan said, “LeBron sleeping on the couch tonight.”

A fan added a photo of LeBron James with his wife, Savannah James, and said, “Come on Haslem.”
Another fan mentioned, “Oh LeBron didn’t want Savannah to know this.”
Haslem Clarifies His Reasons For The Strip Club Party With James And Other Teammates
James played four seasons with the Miami Heat from 2010 to 2014, during which he won two back-to-back championships with Haslem as his teammate. During the interview, Haslem later explained the reason for the party at the strip club.
“As a team, being on TV every day, being the most scrutinized team every single day, taking on the LeBron James effect every single day— that s**t got to be a lot for us as a team…One of the thing I did learn from Bron is that spending time together as a team off the basketball court, that s**t is just as important as showing up every day for practice.” Haslem added.
Haslem learned the benefits of hanging out with the team off the basketball court from James. However, going to the strip club can be problematic for the players because of their wives. It’s clear that Savannah will not be pleased to learn about the story, and it will be interesting to watch her reaction.
