Jason Williams has always been known as ‘White Chocolate’ for the way he played the game during his day, but this week, fans are turning him into burnt toast for what he said about Michael Jordan.
Williams doesn’t seem to be the biggest fan of Michael Jordan, constantly giving big takes when it comes to MJ and the never-ending GOAT debate.
The former Sacramento Kings player may have just given his hottest take when he said that he would struggle to score in today’s NBA based on the defenders the association boasts right now.
“It was easy for him to get to the bucket against GP as it would be against Jrue Holiday today with Giannis and Brook Lopez sitting back there…He’s not scoring as easy today as he did back then,” Williams said.
Since his retirement, debates about his efficiency in different eras have been constant. Many believe that “His Airness” would be as destructive today as he was in the 90s.
Williams had some of the best passing highlights for any player in league history. However, not many will be pleased with his this take on Michael Jordan.

Chris Broussard called out Williams for this egregious take.
“Stop it,” Broussard said.”Jason Williams, did you watch basketball in the 80s and 90s? Are you aware that when Michael Jordan got to the rim, who was at the rim? Shaq, Alonzo Mourning, Mutombo, Ewing, David Robinson, Mark Eaton…are you kidding me?”
