Nate Robinson knows he got embarassed in front of millions of people, but he is not hiding.
The former NBA player had no business inside of a boxing ring, and that was proven Saturday night at Staples Center in Los Angeles on the Mike Tyson-Roy Jones Jr. undercard.
He was knocked down in the first round rushing at Paul when Paul hit him just above the ear. In the second round, Paul hit Robinson on the forehead to knock him down again.
A day after the match, Robinson took to Instagram and shared the inspiring scene from actor John Witherspoon in the movie ‘Friday.’
“You kids today are nothin’ but punks. Sissified. So quick to pick up a gun. You’re scared to take an ass-whippin’.
This is what makes you a man. When I was growin’ up, this was all the protection we needed. You win some, you lose some, but you live. You live to fight another day.”
