The debate about the greatest basketball player of all time will forever go on as many will point to different factors as to why their favorite player is the best to ever do it.
ESPN’s Mike Wilbon recently sat down with Michael Jordan and asked him straight up does he care or want to be called the greatest basketball player ever.
His answer likely shocked a bunch of people, because the former Chicago Bulls legend says it makes him cringe when people calls him the greatest because it spits in the face of other legends he never had a chance to play against.
That’s a huge difference from a few days ago when LeBron James stated that his 2016 NBA title win over the 73-9 Golden State Warriors made him the best ever.
