Although the 10-part documentary on Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls in the 1990s is over, the stories continue to pour out about other things that did not make the docuseries.
Just a rookie coming out of the University of South Carolina in 1992, JoJo English went undrafted but earned his way onto the Bulls with a team that boasted Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen.
“It was tough,” English said. “You had to mentally tough to survive, and I earned my respect from them, and that’s why I was able to play with them the length of time I did.”
In 1988, Michael Jordan was in South Carolina to judge a slam dunk contest, but a trash-talking JoJo English changed all that as Jordan proceeded to destroy him while wearing mom jeans.

However, English remembers it differently as he stated he won that contest against Jordan.
