This is quite telling and begs the question if Stephen Curry knew he was mic’d up and people could hear his conversation.
During all-star practice over the weekend, the Golden State Warriors superstar revealed to Milwaukee Bucks head coach that James Harden was seemingly tired of playing isolation ball in the Rockets offense.
“I talked to James in the back and obviously complemented him on what he’s done. The first thing he says is, ‘it’s fun, but I want to play different. Playing by myself or whatever, hero ball — the people want him to play like that, play in a system where they actually can play beautiful basketball with guys that know how to play.”
The comments are interesting because they come on the heels of Kobe Bryant stating that Harden playing the way he is won’t lead Houston to getting a championship, a statement that Harden agreed with.
