Lillard’s explosive first half, which saw him put up 25 points, set the tone for the game. He finished shooting 10-of-17 from the field and 8-of-13 from beyond the arc, along with three rebounds and 12 assists, helping the Bucks hold off the Heat’s fierce 37-point comeback.
Brook Lopez contributed as the Bucks’ second-leading scorer with 13 points, along with two rebounds and three assists in 30 minutes of action. Taurean Prince and Pat Connaughton also played pivotal roles, adding 10 points each to the scoreboard.

Jimmy Butler led the Heat’s efforts with 23 points, four rebounds, and five assists in 37 minutes. Tyler Herro added 18 points, while Bam Adebayo scored 16 points. Duncan Robinson also contributed with 11 points in the loss.
The Bucks will next face the Washington Wizards on Friday. The Heat will take the court against the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday.
