The Dallas Mavericks recently experienced a rollercoaster season, making their way to the NBA Finals for the first time in a decade. Unfortunately for the team, their hopes of claiming an NBA title were dashed. This promising season came after a significant change in ownership. The team’s long-time team owner, Mark Cuban, sold his majority stake in the franchise before the season.
During a recent episode of “The Big Podcast with Shaq,” Cuban hinted at the possibility of returning to ownership. Cuban discussed the potential for a partnership that could involve other basketball greats, Shaquille O’Neal and LeBron James.
“I’d have to make it okay with my current partners, but, yeah, if my kids were like, ‘All right, we’re set. We don’t. You know, that’s not what we want or whatever.’ And it was Shaq. F**k Yeah. I would look at making a comeback,” Cuban said.
“So, you know, we get me, you, LeBron, we might have something there,” he added.

“We shoot in June and September, and just getting the opportunity now when they’re getting out of school to be able to spend time directly with them, that’s important. I’m tired of missing that,” he added. Cuban later shared the significance of being present in his children’s lives. His children are the reason for which he sold the Mavs.
