Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic was on fire on Sunday when he led the Mavs to a crucial Game 4 victory against the Los Angeles Clippers. Doncic was so good throughout the contest that it’s easy to forget that he was actually playing through a sprained ankle.
Luka Doncic sustained the injury in Dallas’ Game 3 loss on Friday, and there was actually some doubt as to whether or not he would be able to suit up for Sunday’s matchup.
He suited up then and for Game 5, but the Mavs have been getting blown out the entire game so far.
During the 3rd quarter, controversy erupted when Marcus Morris appeared to purposely step on the injured ankle of Luka.
