After suffering a brutal loss in a playoff series against the Minnesota Timberwolves, Phoenix Suns’ star player Kevin Durant was interviewed. He was asked about the outstanding performance given by Anthony Edwards. In response, Durant praised Edwards by stating that he is his favorite player and that he is incredibly impressed with his skills. Durant also mentioned that he loves everything about Edwards.
“So impressed with Ant [Anthony Edwards], My favorite player to watch…He has just grown so much since he came into the league. His love for the game shines bright. That’s one of the reasons I like him the most. Love everything about Ant,” Kevin Durant said during a post-game interview.
Despite the high praise from Durant, Minnesota Timberwolves rising player Anthony Edwards criticised and made fun of Durant during an interview after the game. Edwards said that he sent durant home.
“It felt great. I have the utmost respect for KD… I’m excited to play with him this summer, talk a little trash, and let him know I sent him home.” Edwards said.

Anthony Edwards criticized and made fun of Kevin Durant
The Minnesota Timberwolves swept their first-round playoff series against the Phoenix Suns on Sunday night, winning 122-116. The team’s victory was thanks to Anthony Edwards’ 40 points and Karl-Anthony Towns’ 28 points. Despite Devin Booker’s impressive performance of 49 points on 13 of 21 shooting, the Timberwolves managed to upset the Suns.

Booker also made most of his 21 free throws. Kevin Durant contributed 33 points to the game, but the rest of his team struggled. The Timberwolves are currently awaiting to find out whether they will face the Los Angeles Lakers or the Denver Nuggets in the second round.
