LeBron James has heard and seen just about everything during his time in the league. His interaction with some fans on Monday night went super viral as the back-and-forth resulted in a young lady getting booted from the game.
“At the end of the day, I’m happy that fans are back in the building,” he said after the Lakers’ 107-99 victory in which he had 21 points, nine assists and seven rebounds. “I miss that interaction. I need that interaction. We, as players, need that interaction.”
After that comment, LeBron would take to Twitter and openly clown the 25-year-old woman, who claimed LeBron called her a bitch.
The woman, Juliana Carlos, said in a profanity-laced Instagram story post that she actually told James she’d “f— (him) up” if he continued to mess with her man.
“There was a back-and-forth between two grown men; he said his piece, I said my piece. And then someone else jumped into it and said their piece,” James said.
“I didn’t think they should have been kicked out, but they might have had a couple drinks, maybe and they could have probably kept it going and the game wouldn’t have been about the game no more,” he added. “I think the referees did what they had to do.”
