LeBron James felt like teasing fans today.
On Thursday, the Los Angeles Lakers superstar took to Instagram to share not only the logo but the title for the sequel to Space Jam.
The video caption reads “2021” as LeBron shows off a hat that reveals the logo and the title, “Space Jam: A New Legacy.”
“For the past eight years, I have had the opportunity to be a body double for LeBron James,” former pro basketball player-turned-actor Sheldon Bailey said in an interview with The Hype Magazine. “This role has taken me all over the country and across the world and it has put me in direct contact with some of the best directors and producers in the world.”
Space Jam 2 is set to hit theaters in the United States on Friday, July 16, 2021.
