LeBron James had the internet freaking out over a video he recently posted to his Instagram.
The veteran superstar is sidelined with a foot injury and is rehabbing in an attempt to return to the court as soon as possible. But he’s still managing to keep folks entertained, having taken to the aforementioned platform to post a video of a massive animal on the weekend.
“DAMN IT!!! Can’t even rehab properly w/o the paparazzi all in my grill! Relax man!! Just trying to get right so I can get back out there with my guys!” he wrote as a caption. “Anyways as you can tell I’ve done nothing but lift massive weights while gone away since I can’t get on the court yet! In due time. See y’all soon!”
The video got some confused reactions from followers.
“WTF is that,” rapper Fat Joe wrote.
“LELE WHAT IS THAT,” another IG user wrote, while another asked: “What kind of mythical beast is that?

It appears social media thought the forward was posting a video from his own backyard and had stumbled upon a new species. However, the mystery animal is likely just a really big mountain goat and LeBron was indirectly referring to himself as the Greatest of all Time.
So About Those ‘Massive Weights’…
As it happens, the four-time MVP has been accused of using performance-enhancing drugs, with former UFC star Chael Sonnen claiming they have the “same drug guy.”
Sonnen has confessed to using steroids himself and, in a recent episode of the Flagrant podcast, said the player uses a banned substance called EPO (Erythropoietin), which increases blood cells and improves endurance.
“We have the same drug guy, I know exactly what he’s doing,” Sonnen declared. “EPO [Erythropoietin] matters, it’s the reason LeBron takes it. It matters. EPO increases your red blood cells, which gives you the endurance to play all game long… It’s the king of performance enhancers. EPO is king to everything. That’s why cyclists do it.”
