With the Jimmy Butler conversation gaining significant momentum, a lot of prominent faces have chimed in with their take. Surprisingly enough, LeBron James too, has now spoken up about his feelings regarding the big NBA fiasco. As a matter of fact, the tensions between Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat are not new. With Butler looking for a trade, things began to go downhill between the two. Initially, Butler was handed a seven-match suspension after he publicly asked the Heat for a trade.
When he came back after serving his ban, things once again got bitter. Butler was again given a two-match suspension which ended on Sunday. Poking fun at Butler, Kevin Love took to his Instagram and posted a hilarious video. The clip portrayed an interaction between two characters in ‘Casino’- Joe Pesci and Robert De Niro’s characters. Pesci’s character could be seen lashing out at Niro for talking behind his back.
This was clearly a reference to Love himself trolling Butler repeatedly in recent times. The post was captioned, “How Jimmy’s pulling up on me after the suspension…”
Interestingly, this is where LeBron James decided to get himself involved. Commenting on the post, James responded with nine laughing emojis, making his feelings known. Meanwhile, amidst all the noises, Jimmy Butler has chosen to stay quiet on the entire fiasco.
Jimmy Butler Shows His Love For Miami
Jimmy Butler might have some significant differences from the Miami Heat. However, when it comes to the city and its people, the NBA icon cannot stop loving them. When asked about his future with the Miami Heat, Butler refrained from answering directly.
Instead, he said, “The absolute most, I love this city with everything that I have. I’m so glad that I get to be around so many incredible people. Friends and family that are here. This city deserves everything. It deserves everything that I don’t know what to do for it.”
