Even with securing LeBron James until he retires, the Los Angeles Lakers remained one of the biggest jokes of a franchise with terrible deals, dismantling of team morale during the trade deadline, the disrespect of Tyronn Lue, and now, introducing Frank Vogel as the new head coach.
On Monday, Vogel got his chance to meet with local reporters with one guy completely disrespecting him with a question about other candidates they actually wanted before settling with Vogel.
This video says it all.
The Lakers definitely had other coaches they wanted first before Vogel, but sheesh, that question could’ve been saved for a later date.
Not only did Vogel have to sit through that question, he also had to watch and listen as Rob Pelinka took questions about what Magic Johnson had to say about him on First Take.
What a complete sh-t show!
