Today is the day where the general public finally gets to say their final goodbye to the legend that is Kobe Bryant with a public memorial at Staples Center.
The Lakers star has been celebrated ever since the tragic news of his death in a helicopter crash along with eight others including his 13-year-old daughter Gianna in January.
The Los Angeles Kings honored him with some great warmups as they took the ice to play the Edmonton Oilers at Staples Center, which was just over three hours after the Lakers defeated the Boston Celtics.
Players came out onto the ice donning Bryant-themed jerseys with either No. 8 or 24 on it.
