The Los Angeles Lakers were eliminated in the first round of the NBA Playoffs by the Phoenix Suns after what was a tough, grueling, and disappointing 2020-21 NBA season.
LeBron James and Anthony Davis both missed major time with injury, and it ultimately resulted in them osing because of it. Not helping matters was the disappointing play of young forward Kyle Kuzma
Rumors have suggested the team will be looking to trade him this offseason. Kuzma likely knows his time is up in Los Angeles, because social media users noticed he removed Lakers out of his Instagram bio.
Kuzma joins Dennis Schroder, Montrezl Harrell, and Andre Drummond in the club of Lakers players who have recently generated eyeball emojis with their Instagram activity. The Lakers are in the market for a third scorer and playmaker to pair with LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
During the 2020-21 NBA season with the Lakers, Kuzma ended up averaging 12.9 points per game to go along with 6.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists. He shot 44.3 percent from the floor overall and knocked down 36.1 percent of his three-point attempts.
