Cleveland Cavaliers president of basketball operations Koby Altman was arrested last Friday and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence.
The Cleveland Cavaliers president of basketball operations struggled through a series of field sobriety tests before eventually being taken into custody on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired.
During the traffic stop, an officer noted Altman nearly caused an accident while speeding as seen on newly released body camera footage.
Altman took a walk-and-turn test and a one-leg balance test, and during the latter, Altman told the officer that his directives were throwing off his performance. He also claimed that the one-leg test was a tough one.
As he continued to struggle during the balancing test, he said: “You’re messing me up. … See you messed me up, let me do it.”
“How did I mess you up?” the officer asked.
“Because I’m focusing,” Altman replied.
