A dynasty that began way back during the 2014-2015 season with the Golden State Warriors could soon be nearing its end if the Toronto Raptors could finish out the team with a win on Monday and send the team into the offseason with more questions than answers.
On Sunday, Warriors star Klay Thompson is set to be a free agent much like Kevin Durant, and he also has the option to leave the franchise if he so chooses to.
There hasn’t been many rumors about Klay possibly leaving, but he turned that non-chatter into something when he spoke like a man that expected the dynasty the Warriors currently have to cease after the NBA Finals.
“Everything that’s great always comes to an end so whether that’s tomorrow or 4 years from now, you never know.”
