Yet another instance of NBA fans behaving badly happened once again on Sunday night when the Brooklyn Nets dismantled the Boston Celtics.
A fan in Boston appeared to throw a water bottle at Brooklyn Nets point guard Kyrie Irving as he made his way off the court.
That fan, who was sporting a Kevin Garnett jersey, ccould be seen getting led away in handcuffs for his actions. As with the other fans, he will likely be ticketed and banned from the Arena.
Kevin Durant was asked about the bottle throwing fan and he completely ethered him:

“Fans gotta grow up at some point… when you come to these games you gotta realize, these men are human… it’s not all about you as a fan… have some respect for yourself… grow the fuck up and enjoy the game.”
Irving played in Boston before leaving for Brooklyn in free agency. Their anger comes from him saying he would come back to the team, only to take his talents to Brooklyn. Booing him and chanting things are fine, but throwing things or saying racists stuff to players is unacceptable.
