On Friday night, despite losing to the Oklahoma City Thunder 128-103, Kevin Durant led the Phoenix Suns in scoring while visiting one of his former homes. The Suns defeated the Denver Nuggets, but their most recent game ended in a 128-103 rout. Josh Giddy led the squad in scoring 23 points, while OKC had seven players score in double figures.
On the other hand, Devin Booker missed 10 of his attempts at shooting the ball while Kevin Durant scored 26 points on 10 of his 17 attempts. Additionally, the Suns’ difficulties were caused by Bradley Beal and Grayson Allen’s ineffectiveness, which left them without enough players at critical points in the game.
With their hopes of making the playoffs in jeopardy, the Suns are still the seventh seed in the Western Conference. Kevin Durant was discussing the Suns’ uneven performance and was at a loss for words as he tried to describe specific nuances in their style.
KD said “We got 8 more games left. Hopefully, we get an opportunity to play in the postseason. Take it a game at a time.”

Phoenix Suns need to play more around Kevin Durant
It’s possible that only Kevin Durant is taking the risky run without fear. Durant scored 28 points and pulled 9.5 rebounds in the first two games of the season, which is more than his season average of around 27 points and 6.7 rebounds, as per the NBA website. In addition, he has shot the ball at a 59% clip as defenses are continuously closing in on him.
Kevin Durant is averaging 27.4 points, 5.1 assists, and 6.7 rebounds per game in 74 games with Phoenix. Before the Thunder moved to Oklahoma in 2008, KD played for nine seasons (2007–16) with the Seattle Supersonics, as well as one season (2007–08) with them.

Booker needs to bring his enchanted shooting touch to the court every night after failing to score enough points against an OKC without Shai-Gilgeous Alexander. The Suns’ next game is scheduled for April 1 against the New Orleans Pelicans. Prior to that, they must decide on a plan of action to make the playoffs.
