You just knew Kevin Durant would respond to this.
Golden State Warriors president Bob Myers recently stated there “wasn’t joy” when the team won the 2018 NBA title with Kevin Durant.
It was a shocking revalation that was sure to get a response for the Brooklyn Nets superstar.
Seen below is a screenshot where the back-to-back Finals MVP fired back at Myers.
Looking at Myers’ statement, he wasn’t really taking a shot at Durant, but pointing out that the Warriors were the heavy favorite to win the title in 2018, so actually winning it was more a feeling of relief rather than bliss.
As far as Durant goes, he was more pointing out that the team looked rather in the picture above, despite what Myers stated.
