The Raptors superstar grabbed his phone and thanked Toronto as well as the entire country as he dropped the tag line for New Balance at the end.
The thing is, he sounded extremely high while doing this promo.
This makes you believe even more that Kawhi was likely rolling a blunt during another video as he sat in the backseat of a car with Serge Ibaka.
