Jordan Poole and Draymond Green do not have the sweetest of relationships. And even after two years, Poole is not missing any chances of throwing subtle jabs at the Warriors’ star. In a recent outing against the Memphis Grizzlies, the Golden State Warriors suffered a humiliating defeat. Losing with a scoreline of 93-144, the Warriors looked out of sorts all throughout the game.
Now then, apart from the sorry performance of the Warriors, there was an even bigger problem. Their star prospect, Draymond Green, seemed to have gone into snooze mode. After featuring in the game for over 19 minutes, Green almost had zero contributions. And this was exactly what paved the way for Jordan Poole to have his way. With Green failing, the internet got flooded with a significant amount of people posting memes about Green’s bad day at the office. Surprisingly, Poole went on to like one of the posts.

This was a perfect way for the Wizards star to get back at Green. For the uninitiated, Draymond Green and Jordan Poole had a nasty fallout during their time at the Golden State Warriors. During one of the altercations, Green punched Poole in the face, leading to a huge controversy. Meanwhile, it seems Green is not the only one agitated at Poole. Recently, it was Stephen A. Smith who got angry.
Stephen A. Smith Criticizes Jordan Poole
Jordan Poole had an unusual moment involving Payton Pritchard recently. During their game against the Boston Celtics, Poole crossed up and pointed at Prichard while going down. This act resulted in Poole missing a chance to score, which infuriated the popular American TV personality, Stephen A. Smith. He criticized Poole, taking a shot at his ego. Smith even mentioned that it was his ego that might have caused Green to snap a couple of summers ago.
I asked Jordan Poole how he felt about Stephen A. Smith’s recent comments…he laughed it off and dismissed it as “barbershop talk” #wizards pic.twitter.com/rwkAgBswQT

However, the Washington Wizards’ star seems to have been unfazed by all the talk. On being questioned about Smith’s words, the 25-year-old said, “Nah, I don’t even be watching it, [Smith’s show]… It’s just barbershop talk to me.” Thus, with Poole looking in his usual, carefree self, it will be interesting to see how things turn out in the future for the Wizards’ star.
