It has been nearly two weeks since video surfaced of Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green punching his teammate Jordan Poole during a team practice. Over the weekend, Poole finally broke his silence and addressed the situation.
In an interview last week, Green stated that he spoke to the entire team and apologized to Poole. Although it seems everyone involved is ready to put this ugly situation behind them and move forward, many believe that this could have a long lasting effect on the teams chemistry.

Jordan has committed himself to the Warriors as he just recently signed a four-year extension with $123 million guaranteed with incentives that could add an additional $17 million. Green is under contract with Golden State for the next two seasons, so unless there is a trade, these two will be teammates for the next couple of years.
The Warriors open their season on Tuesday night when they host LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers at the Chase Center.
