Among the millions of people that were absolutely fed-up with gun violence in the country when it was reported that prominent Los Angeles rapper Nipsey Hussle was shot and killed was one Jordan Clarkson.
The Cleveland Cavaliers guard grabbed the mic at a Scottsdale nightclub to give a heartfelt speech about gun and gang violence as he screamned to anyone who would listen that violence between Black people has to stop.
“Ns killed my motherfkin’ uncle, n. Fk that. Why we doin’ this st? Why we doing it? Why we killing each other? Why we killing black people, n**?”
“Why the fk we doing that st? Why we hating on all the black people that’s successful? Fk that st. That’s my motherf**kin’ uncle,” Clarkson yells to the crowd.
Clarkson added …”I bang with all the sets. you got me fked up n. Real talk, n, that’s on gang. Dont fk with that s**t, bro, real talk.”
Clarkson and Cavaliers are currently in Phoenix to face off against the Suns on Monday.
Before he got traded to Cleveland — Clarkson played for the Lakers from 2014-2018 and he says he was close with Nipsey during that time.
Nipsey was 33-years-old.
