After a relatively successful NBA career, Jeremy Lin has found success playing in Taiwan’s P+ League. Unfortunately, Lin suffered one of the scariest types of injury in sports after he took a brutal shot to the face and the head.
In a match between Lin’s Kaohsiung 17LIVE Steelers and Formosa Taishin Dreamers, the former NBA guard was battling for a rebound at the beginning of the second quarter when he took an elbow from Dreamers’ Chris McCullough.
Lin immediately collapsed to the ground and smacked his head on the court.
A fencing response could be seen in Lin’s actions as his fingers bent in an unnatural way, which is something NFL fans are used to seeing after seeing Tua do it last year.
Lin will likely be monitored closely for a possible concussion after this accidental hit.
Even though a stretcher was brought out, Lin was able to walk to the bench on his own feet, stumbling at times.

Lin recorded 5 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists in almost 11 minutes of play. In 19 matches with the team, Lin has been averaging 26.3 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 8.9 assists per game.
Prayers up that Jeremy Lin will come out of this okay and not have a concussion.
