Colorado Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders continues to make waves through coaching and he makes sure to deliver words of wisdom. One person who came across his latest daily devotional verses is Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzlies.
On X, Sanders posted a motivational message that quickly went viral.
“How do you see yourself? You’ve got to start seeing you the way God sees you. You are Fearfully & Wonderfully made,” part of Sanders’s tweet read.
Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant was touched by this message due to him being part of so many controversial issues over the past year or so. The 24-year-old Grizzlies star needs some positive charge and responded to Coach Prime’s post.
“Right on time Prime. Much needed,” the two-time All-Star responded.

Morant is dazzling when he is on the court but it has been overshadowed with his many off-court issues.
To start the current season, he will be serving a 25-game suspension for his gun-brandishing videos that spread over social media. His suspension is a result of him being filmed on two separate occasions displaying a gun, first in an Instagram Live video from inside a Denver-area nightclub in March, which cost him eight games, and then again from inside a vehicle in May.
As for Deion Sanders, the focus is on their next game against the UCLA Bruins after the team squandered away a 29-0 lead to lose to the Stanford Cardinals. For Deion Sanders’ team, it was the largest blown lead in the team’s history, while Stanford enjoyed the biggest comeback in their school’s history.
