According to a recent episode of First Take, ESPN analyst Kendrick Perkins was asked about Bronny James’ decision to enter the NBA Draft in 2024. Then Perkins said that Bronny should enter the NBA; he thinks that it is the right time for Bronny to enter the NBA Draft.
“It’s the right move. I mean, when you look at Bronny [James]. I always said that I don’t believe that [he] is built for college. I think he will be a hell of a pro. I’m not saying that he’s gonna be [LeBron].” Kendrick Perkins said during the interview with Stephen A. Smith on the first take.
The ESPN analyst is in favor of Bronny James’ decision; he thinks that Bronny will have a great career ahead. Despite his congenital heart disease, Bronny is playing well. However, his decision to enter the NBA can be a challenging part of his life.

Bronny James, the son of star player LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers, recently made an official announcement through an Instagram post that he is entering the 2024 NBA draft.
“I’ve had a year with some ups and downs but all added to growth for me as a man, student and athlete, I’ve made the decision to enter the NBA Draft while maintaining my college eligibility, and will also be entering the NCAA transfer portal. Thank you to USC for an amazing Freshman year, and as always thankful for my family, friends, doctors, athletic trainers and fans for their support.” Bronny James wrote on his Instagram post.
