According to a recent report by an analyst at The Athletics, Shams Charanai, Tyler Herro is aiming to play against the Houston Rockets on Friday. Due to foot and knee problems, Herro has missed the last 20 games. Before getting hurt, the Heat star scored more than 22 points in three of his previous five games. Shams Charania of The Athletic reports that Herro’s comeback against the Rockets tonight is anticipated.
“There is optimism Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro – out since Feb. 23 with a foot injury – could return to the lineup on Friday vs. the Houston Rockets, Herro traveled on team’s three-game trip to Houston, Indiana and Atlanta.” According to Shams Charanai of the Athletics.
The Heat will have more hope for the playoffs with Herro back. When healthy, the 24-year-old point guard is a vital member of the team. But he has always been accompanied by injuries. He suffered a fracture to his hand during the playoffs last season, which kept him out of the postseason for the whole time.
This season, Tyler Herro has made a noticeable impact on the field. Despite having only played in 36 games, he has an amazing game average of 20.8 points, 4.4 assists, and 5.3 rebounds.

Squad will benefit from Tyler Herro’s scoring impact
Heat will focus mostly on Herro’s long-term well-being. So he can find his rhythm and form before the playoffs. If an athlete is absent for an extended period due to injury, their timing and conditioning may suffer. Although it is expected that he will play today, do not be surprised if he chooses to play next week instead.
