In response to coach Willie Green of the New Orleans Pelicans’ all-hands-on-deck command during the play-in tournament final versus the Sacramento Kings, Larry Nance Jr. Due to a sore hamstring, Zion Williamson had to play cheerleader, but the Pelicans still dominated the visiting Kings. Larry Nance Jr. and his teammates will surely go into the 2024 NBA Playoffs with the mindset of “No Jontay Porter” against the OKC Thunder. But to win, they must give all that Green asks of them.
