Just knowing the game, understanding the GMs, the players relations– all the different entities, that’s definitely one of my goals is to own a team.” Paul added.
Chris Paul, who has a lengthy NBA career, was instrumental in getting former Clippers franchise owner Donald Sterling banned from the league in August 2013 while serving as president of the National Basketball Players Association. In August 2021, Paul resigned as president, allowing CJ McCollum to assume the role.
According to the NBA website, CP3 just finished the season with a career-low 9.2 points and 6.8 assists per game with the Golden State Warriors. Sadly, after losing to the Sacramento Kings in the Western Conference play-in round, his club was declared out of the postseason race.
